DAYTON PUBLIC SCHOOLS, WELCOME STADIUM RENOVATION

Originally built in 1949, the iconic Welcome Stadium stands as a prominent landmark in Dayton and serves as the home for Dayton Public Schools athletics. The $32.5M upgrade brought significant enhancements, including new underground utilities, track and field, an 80-foot-high freestanding press box, refreshed concourses, updated grandstands, and a 5,000 SF pre-engineered metal building.

SIERRA NEVADA CORPORATION, AVIATION INNOVATION AND TECHNOLOGY CENTER

SNC's new hangar is the first large aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) facility constructed in the Dayton region since WWII and is capable of supporting some of the largest aviation projects in the world. The new 100,000 SF facility stands 90 feet tall with a massive hangar clearance of 72 feet high by 255 feet wide.

17³Ô¹ÏÍø has been working at Chrysler’s five separate manufacturing plants in Kokomo, IN, since 2011. Our team has collaborated on over $120M of work and over 2,200 projects for Chrysler, ranging in size from $500 to $9.0M. 17³Ô¹ÏÍø has self-performed specific scopes of this work, fielding a crew of approximately 25 craftsmen at any given time and routinely providing demolition, excavation, concrete, and rough carpentry in the active manufacturing facilities.

Toledo Collins Park WTP Ozone Treatment Facility Interior

TOLEDO COLLINS PARK WTP, OZONE TREATMENT FACILITY

In 2014, the City of Toledo’s water was declared unsafe to drink for three days due to toxic algal blooms, leaving 500,000+ residents without water and headlining national news. This led to a new, $43M ozone treatment facility at the Collins Park Water Treatment Plant as an advanced treatment for oxidation and removal of algal toxins encountered in the raw water pumped from Lake Erie.

BRECKSVILLE-BROADVIEW HEIGHTS CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS

Construction of a new 130,000 SF PK-5 elementary and 30,000 SF fieldhouse. Unique features were incorporated throughout the school, including a stamped concrete courtyard with a functional pond and boardwalk, an interior corkscrew slide from the second floor to the media center, window alcove seats, and collaboration areas.

DAYTON PHOENIX GROUP DISASTER RECOVERY

Restoration of a 630,000 SF manufacturing facility after tornadoes left the building in carnage. 17³Ô¹ÏÍø worked diligently to allow DPG to maintain operations throughout construction and prioritized safety. Working ~600 days in the facility, all but the first 45 were tenant occupied. Today, the building is restored to a state-of-the-art facility with a reconfigured layout to offer additional room for the company to grow.
