This project also included the demolition and abatement of the current high school for the construction of the new high school parking lot along with a new entrance to Brechbuler Stadium.

HIGH OAKS LTD. Q-LAB WAREHOUSE ADDITION

This addition allowed Q-Lab to expand their production operation and improve their delivery and product flow processes. The project also included new air-conditioning of existing spaces and installation of a fire pump system to feed the addition and a portion of the existing facility.

The renovation of the South Branch was part of a 4-library improvement and new construction project for the Elyria Public Library System. Specifics for the South Branch included new painting, carpeting, lighting, HVAC upgrades, new group study rooms, updated landscaping and numerous technology upgrades (security, projectors, TVs, computers, book sorter).

STERLING COMMERCE DATA CENTER

STERLING COMMERCE DATA CENTER

The project involved the infrastructure of the building’s fourth floor, rerouting all wiring and conduit to the buildings first floor, crossing through the building’s main lobby in the process. The Tier IV classification of the data center called for multiple active power and cooling distribution paths, redundant components, and is considered fault tolerant with over 99.995% site availability.

CASE WESTERN RESERVE UNIVERSITY KELVIN SMITH LIBRARY AND CRAWFORD HALL DATA CENTER

This project involved the simultaneous renovation of two existing data centers on Case Western Reserve’s campus. Kelvin Smith work included demolition of an existing mail room and conversion to raised floor space containing a segregated high performance data cluster. In addition, we ran mechanical and electrical systems up a nearby chase to connect new mechanical equipment installed on the roof. The Crawford Hall Data Center involved a new fire suppression system and replacement of a generator.
